My journey has taken me from a young mother determined to build a better future for my children to classrooms, communities, boardrooms, and the halls of our nation's capital.
Along the way, I have served as a teacher, federal policymaker, nonprofit executive, board leader, and civic convener.
Through every chapter, one truth has remained constant: when we lead with connection, we can break down barriers and build pathways to opportunity.
That belief shapes everything I do.
Today, I am honored to serve as President of the Jacksonville Public Education Fund, to work alongside leaders across sectors, and to help create stronger futures for children, families, and communities.
